BOOKING CONDITIONS

All reservations should be made for a minimum of 3 nights

All bank charges have to be paid by the participant

 

Full payment is required at the moment of booking. The reservation will not be confirmed without payment

 

Cancellations:

 

Participants whose cancellation is received 45 days before the arrival date will be refunded in full, less bank charges

 

Participants whose cancellation is received between 44 and 15 days before the arrival date, will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to two (2) night's accommodation. The remaining balance will be refunded less bank charges.

 

No refunds will be made for cancellations received 14 or less days before the arrival date.

PRE & POST CONGRESS TOURS

To request a booking please download the booking form and send it to the email address reservations@anajuanturismo.tur.ar

 

50% of the tour price should be paid through the reservation form.

Balance payment should be received one (1) month before the starting date of the tour.

 

Cancellations:

 

Participants whose cancellation is received 45 days before the arrival date will be refunded in full, less bank charges

 

Participants whose cancellation is received between 44 and 15 days before the arrival date, will be charged with a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the tour price. The remaining balance will be refunded less bank charges.

 

No refunds will be made for cancellations received 14 or less days before the arrival date.

Full payment should be sent at thge time of sending the booking form. 

 

To be entitled to full refund, cancellations should be reported 72 hours prior to the operating date (bank charges  will not be refunded).
